This Indenture made the 7d day of
Dec in the year of our Lord 1886 between Bose Lavender of the county
of Wilkinson & State of Georgia of the first part & G. T. Walters,
Geo McCullar & Walter Lavender & G. T. Collins of the county
of Wilkinson & State of Georgia of the Second part. Witneseth that
the said party of the first part for his consideration of the sum
of Two dollars in hand paid as the therefore the sealing & delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
conjoined
said aliewed? and conveyed and confirmed
and by there presents doth grant bargain aliew? & convey & confirm
unto the said party of the second part their heirs assignees the following
described property to wit:
One half acres of land at the Walters
burying ground on the road leading from the old Richard Walters
place to #16 C.R.R. lying on the southeast side of said road interdividing
the length of one acre or 70 yards per acre with said road. The walnut
tree at the graveyard being in the middle of the 70 yards in length and
___ back the distance of one half acre or 35 yds lying and being in said
county. To have and to hold the said and granted described property with
all and singular the rights, encumbrances & appurtenaces therein
pertaining to its only proper use, benefit on behalf of the party of the
second party there heirs --made & assigned in Fee
Simple and the said party of the first part--said
bargained property above described unto the said party of the second part
teit heirs, executors,____& assigns againsts the said party of the
first part his heirs, executors_______assigned, bargaining all & every
person or persons shall and will & does hereby warrant & forever
defered by virture of these presents.
In Witness whereof the said part of
the First Part had executed his hand affixed his seal & delivered these
presents the day upon first above written. Signed, Sealed & delivered
