"Georgia, Wilkinson County
I Starling Stuckey of the State and County aforesaid and of sound mind and memory but being in a low state of health and convinced of the uncertainty of the tenure of human existence do make this my last will and testament in the words followin to wit
1st I give and bequeath to my loving and loved wife Mary Stuckey during her natural life or widowhood except that part hereinafter bequested all of estate both real and personall to be applied to the support and mentainance of my children Alexander Stuckey, John Stuckey, Starling Stuckey, Simon Stuckey, Mary Stuckey, Daniel Stuckey, Allison Stuckey and Howel Stuckey and I hereby appoint my said wife the guardian of my said children.
2nd It is my will and desire that my gin and such part of my and other perishable property as my executor shall think proper to dispose of be sold and the procedes applied to the use and benefit of my said wife and children and to the payment of my just debts.
3rd If in the escercese of sound discretion my Executor should discover that any time that any part of my said estate is likely to go to waste through the mismanagement of my said wife Mary Stuckey it is my will and desire that he take the said estate into his own management and apply the profits thereof to the support of said wife and children.
4th If the death of my wife should
occur before my youngest son Howel Stuckey attain to the age of twenty
one years, I desire that my executor manage the said estate to the best
advantage until the said Howel Stuckey come of age and in the event of
his death until the next youngest of my said children become of age and
then that the said estate be equally divided
between all of my aforesaid children and
Nelson Stuckey my son and Wiley Wammack my son-in-law.
I hereby __ constitute and appoint my friend Julius N. Porter Executor to this my last will and testament and revoke any will that I may have heretofore made. In testimony whereof I have hereinto set my hand and seal this tenth day of September in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and thirty-three."

Personally came and appeared before us William
Norwood William Fisher and Thomas M. Tarpley and after being sworn and
deposeth and sayeth on oath that they and each of them saw Starling Stuckey
sign seal publish and seal the within to be his last will and testament
that he did it freely volentary and without any compulsion whatever and
that he was of sound disposing mind and memory.
