  I Anderson Moss of Twiggs County being of sound and disposing mind & memory do make this my last will & testament

1st I want all of my just debts paid. After my debts have been paid I want the balAnce of my estate togethr until my younges child becomes twenty one years old this to be equally divided among all of my children,

2nd I want the income or rents of my estate to be now in raising my minor children.

3rd I want my son in law Tom Rawlin to manage and control my minor children until they become twenty one years old. Also I impower my son in law Tom Rawling to trade, buy or sell or swap my personal proprty any way he sees proper.

4th I hereby constitute and appointmy my son in law Tom Rawlin Executor of this my last will & testmant without joining bond.
