Comments from Eileen: The church, not in use and in bad condition, is located at the intersection of County Roads 109 and Old Macon Rd. (Hwy.189) which goes from Cooktown to Laurens County. There does not appear to be a cemetery at the church. Across the road is an old store. There are two different locations for Cooktown on maps. One is at this intersection and one is on Hwy. 112 nearby.
