Will of John Manderson (Junior)
Written Jan. 6, 1818 -  Probated July 22, 1822

GEORGIA, WILKINSON COUNTY

    I, John Manderson, being pefect in mind but not expecting to survive many days, do make this my last will and testament, to wit:

    I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Susannah Manderson all my property, both real and personal, during her widowhood, or until all my children become of age, then an equal distribution to be made, my wife only to have a child's part of the same when the distributtion of forthwith shall take plance and provided my wife shall marry she shall draw a child's part as aforesaid and the property to be equally divided any time after the marriage.

   I further nominate and appoint Lewis Bond, John Hall and my wife, Susannah Manderson, as Executors. In witness whereof I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal. This 6th , of Jan. 1818.
