     In the name of God, Amen, I Jethro Weaver being weak in body, but of perfect mind and memory, and knowing that it is appointed once for all men
 to die, do make and ordain that this is
 my last Will and Testament, that is to say, principally and first of all recommend my soul unto the hand of Almighty
 God that gave it to me, and my body I recommend to the earth to be buried in a Christian like manner. As touching my wordly estate which it hath pleased
 God to bless me with in this life, I give and dispose of the manner and form following:

   My will and desire is that my beloved wife Lucy Weaver have a comfortable support out of my estate during her life.
Item     I give and bequeath to Martha Weaver one cow and calf to her and her heirs forever.
Item     I give and bequeath to my son John Weaver one dollar to him and his heirs. forever.
Item     I give and bequeath to my daughter Lucy (Kagle, Hagle, Sagle?) one dollar to her and her heirs forever.
Item     I give and bequeath to my daughter Phebe Baker one dollar to her and her heirs forever.
Item     I give and bequeath to my son Nathan Weaver 100 acres of land it being a part of the survey or tract of land I now live on, the same to him and his heirs forever.
Item     I give and bequeath to my son Jethro Weaver (Jr.), all the remainder of my estate both real and personal to him and his heirs forever
Lastly    I nominate, constitute, ordain and appoint my son Nathan Weaver and my son Jethro Weaver, Executors to this my last Will and  Testament, revoking all other Wills
 by me formerly, acknowledging this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In testimony where of I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this tenth day of May Anno Domini 1806. Signed, sealed and acknowledged  in prescence of us:

     Amos Love came in to court and being duly sworn on this Holy Evangelists of Almighty God deposeth and prounce and declare the said instrument of writing, sign, seal, and pronounce and declare the said instrument of writing to be his last Will and Testment, and that he also did see in open court the seventh day of December 1812.    /S/Amos Love

Note: His  sons Jethro (Jr.) and Nathan Weaver lived in Wilkinson. Nathan was deceased, by 1816, and Jethro was one of the administators of Nathan's estate.
