Remarks: Each marked this * lived alone on the land of other persons. No. 1. T.P __accidetially shot himself through the heart handling  pistol. No.  20 (Moses Morse) was shot in the head by T.J. Crowley in an affray. Crowley is under arrest. No. 27 was shot through the heart __DB shot gun in the hand of his brother is accidental. September 26th 1879, N.W. Johnson, Asst Marshall.
